Photofacials | BROAD BAND LIGHT (BBL®) Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Therapy
Why do we love it?
Photofacials, also known as broad band light (BBL®) or intense pulsed light (IPL with Lumecca), is the gold standard technology for reducing sun damage, hyperpigmentation, and photoaging. This treatment stimulates collagen production and evens the skin tone. This non-ablative device has been shown to reduce skin aging at a cellular level.
Results are noticeable after one treatment. Obtaining optimal results with initial sun damage requires 3-4 treatments, spaced 3 weeks apart. After this, committing to one maintenance treatment every 3 months leads to amazing skin health, clarity and collagen stimulation, with skin that looks even better with each passing year.
